Shipping


Delivery will require a signature.  We can not post to PO Boxes. 

 

If you request a parcel be left unattended, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Once a parcel has been delivered to your nominated address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.

If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as the shipping company will return to sender if you do not make these details clear.

 

At Pragon, our mission is to help families get out the door more often.  Therefore we use third parties to manage shipping and returns.

 

 

 



 

Larktale Wagons 

Larktale Wagons are managed by Sunbury.   They will dispatch your parcel 1-3 days after they receive your order and organise a courier to deliver directly to you.

Pronto Strollers are managed by Pronto Stroller Pty Ltd.   They will dispatch your parcel 1-3 days after they receive your order and organise a courier to deliver directly to you.

The Jiffle are managed by Infa Group.   They will dispatch your parcel 1-3 days after they receive your order and organise delivery directly to you.

WonderFold Wagons and Accessories

WonderFold Wagons are managed by CoolKidz.   They will dispatch your parcel 1-3 days after they  receive your order and organise StarTrack couriers to deliver directly to you. Once the order has been dispatched from their warehouse StarTrack will send you tracking updates and any relevant information about your order.

Pragon Accessories

Pragon accessories are shipped from a different address, via Australia Post.  Items will be dispatched within 2 days from ordering and you will be sent an Australia Post tracking number.
