This will ensure they can process your service request as quickly as possible.

Care Guide

• Fabric & Mesh: Clean fabric and mesh panels with a soft cloth or sponge using mild soap and warm water. Avoid using bleach or harsh cleaners. Allow to air dry fully before folding or storing.

• Canopy & Bassinet: Wipe the canopy and bassinet with a damp cloth. If removable, check the care label before washing. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly.

• Rain Cover: Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap to maintain clarity. Never fold or store while wet to prevent mildew or clouding; always allow it to air dry completely in a shaded area.

• Frame & Handlebar: Use a soft, damp cloth with mild detergent to wipe down the frame. Dry immediately to prevent water marks or rust. For the leather handlebar, use a damp cloth only, avoid soaking or chemical cleaners.

• Wheels & Brakes: Clear wheels of dirt and debris regularly. Check that the brake engages and releases properly.
