At Pragon, our mission is to help families get out the door more often.  Therefore we use third parties to manage shipping and returns.

 

 

 

Larktale Wagons Returns

Larktale Wagons are managed by Sunbury.  In the unlikely event that the wrong product has been sent (ie they have made the error), or if the product is defective, please notify Sunbury customer service within 48hrs of receiving the goods at reception@sunburynursery.com.au


Their support team will respond within 1-2 working days with a return authority. Once the goods have been returned to the address below, replacement good(s) will be sent immediately, together with a transfer for the cost of sending the goods back to Sunbury. Please do not return good(s) to Sunbury without a return authority.

WonderFold Wagons are managed by CoolKidz. In the unlikely event that the wrong product has been sent (ie they have made the error), or if the product is defective, please notify Coolkidz customer service within 48hrs of receiving the goods at info@coolkidz.net.au


Their support team will respond within 1-2 working days with a return authority. Once the goods have been returned to the address below, replacement good(s) will be sent immediately, together with a transfer for the cost of sending the goods back to Coolkidz.
